Today Catie ate an apple. The whole thing.
A friend at work handed the apple to Catie as we were leaving the office. Catie started gnawing on it in the car, and by the time we got home it was gone. Peel, core, seeds, little grassy thing at the bottom... all of it was gone. She ate the whole thing!
Just call her Catie Appleseed.
